Breakfast: Pancakes  


1 cup self raising flour
2 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
½ tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)
1 cup milk (or Soy/Rice milk)
1 egg, lightly beaten
30g butter, melted (or margarine)


Why I like them: Because they are really good and fluffy and you can put nay fruit on it to have to eat with it.

Lunch: Pizza 
  • 1 1/2 cups (355 ml) warm water (105°F-115°F)              
  • 1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
  • 3 3/4 cups (490 g) bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Add any topping you want
Milkshake recipe 
large scoops (about 1 1/2 c.) vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. milk
Redi Whip, for garnish
Sprinkles, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Why I like it: Pizza is so good the crust is nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, The milkshake is a nice refreshment to wash it down.

Dinner:                                     
  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts chopped 
  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced (optional)
  • 4 8 '' tortillas
Why I like it: Wraps are so yummy and refreshing and I love them.
